Gymnastics during pregnancy offers numerous benefits for the physical and mental well-being of the mother-to-be. Exercising regularly helps to improve posture, prevent back pain and keep the body toned and fit. In addition, moderate exercise during pregnancy helps to improve circulation, avoid the risk of gestational diabetes, help reduce stress, and prepare the pelvic floor and pelvis for delivery. With specific exercises for each trimester, pregnancy gymnastics can help you experience this special moment with more energy and peace of mind.
The course consists of connecting to the Zoom platform with access links and together we will do safe exercises for each trimester using simple everyday household items. I will guide you through a gentle prenatal exercise programme, helping you to listen to your body and especially your pelvic floor, to prevent postpartum incontinence and make perineal re-education easier and faster. During the session we will do:
Pelvic floor strengthening exercises
Low-intensity cardio exercises
Toning exercises
Gentle stretching
Relaxation and conscious breathing
To participate, a gynaecological prescription is required, indicating the woman's suitability for exercise during pregnancy. Before sessions, it is always advisable to monitor your health and it is important to feel comfortable, as activity may increase fatigue and worsen some symptoms, so listen to your body!
Pregnancy is a wonderful and delicate physiological disorder, which is why you can choose how many lessons you take!
Each lesson costs 15 euros VAT included and lasts 55 minutes.

Groups of a maximum of 5 people will be formed to ensure quality and listening to mothers-to-be!
