Hello, I'm Valentina, in my life I've done several jobs and travelled a lot because I love discovering the world! At the age of 30, however, I decided to take a turn in my life, following a passion I had felt inside my heart for a long time: Osteopathy. After an intensive course of studies, I graduated in 2021 with a thesis on insomnia.
In addition to the classical medical and osteopathic subjects, I had the opportunity to delve into the impact of metabolic disorders and to embrace the somato-emotional approach, thus enriching my holistic vision to the point of also considering the spiritual aspect.
Today, thanks to this training, I can be a facilitator for people who wish to regain their balance between mind, soul and body, always taking a global view of the person and collaborating with different professionals.
MY STUDIES AS A PERSONAL TRAINER FOR PREGNANT WOMEN
Then in 2022 I wanted to support pregnant women through physical activity, to support them in their pregnancy journey and to be able to create a community space for mothers-to-be!
So I decided to study to become a personal trainer and to learn more about how essential sporting activity is for prevention.
At the end of the course, I obtained a CONI certificate and enrolled in the competent register of personal trainers.
During my work I felt the need to explore new dimensions and to be able to help people not only in their physical but also in their emotional - spiritual journey. Thanks to my professors at the academy of Osteopathy, I became acquainted with the Bach Flowers and therefore undertook the one-year journey to become a BFRP (Bach Flowers Registered Practitioner) with registration at The Bach Centre in London.
This was an enriching journey where I realised that each of us has an inner healer and that the practitioner is a facilitator who helps in one's journey of self-awareness by working in the ‘here and now’.
I learnt mindful listening and worked on my empathy. In 2023 I became certified as a BFRP and started with consultations!
MY UPCOMING STUDIES?
They will not be in Animal Osteopathy 😆, although I love and respect animals and the nature around us 🥰.
In the coming year, I will be studying Biointegrated Medicine, where through Applied Kinesiology I will deepen my holistic knowledge and bring the patient towards a new awareness.
In particular, I will deepen my understanding of the health triangle, which explains that dysfunctions can be either of
metabolic origin, and I will learn how to use food as medicine,
or of structural and emotional origin, where I will have the help of emotional osteopathy and Bach flowers.
This will enable me to work more closely with other healthcare and para-healthcare professionals and guide the person on his or her inner journey!
STAY TUNED! 🙃
